How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During peak periods or seasonal drops, please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated.
What is your return policy for limited release items?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations may be marked as final sale.
Do you restock items that are sold out?
We generally do not restock seasonal collections or special collaborations once they sell out. We recommend signing up for our newsletter to stay informed about future drops and restock alerts.

How should I care for my Stüssy screen-printed garments?
To preserve the quality of the print, we recommend washing garments inside out in cold water with like colors and hanging them to dry. Avoid ironing directly on the printed graphics.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of the order.
