Pack Your Items
Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
